CpCDPK1/TgCDPK1 Inhibitor
CpCDPK1/TgCDPK1-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of the protein kinases CpCDPK1 and TgCDPK1, demonstrating IC50 values of 12 nM and 5 nM, respectively. This compound is valuable for studying apicomplexan protozoan infections, particularly those caused by Toxoplasma gondii, Cryptosporidium parvum, and Cryptosporidium hominus. Its selective inhibition of these targets facilitates research into therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with apicomplexan parasites.
