CPYPP
DOCK2-Rac1 Interaction Inhibitor
CPYPP is a specific inhibitor of the DOCK2-Rac1 interaction. It binds to the DHR-2 domain of DOCK2, effectively inhibiting its guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) activity towards Rac1 in a dose-dependent manner, with an IC50 of 22.8 µM. Additionally, CPYPP shows inhibitory effects on DOCK180 and DOCK5 while having a lesser impact on DOCK9. This compound serves as a valuable tool for studying the regulatory mechanisms of Rac1 signaling in various biological contexts.
