CRBN ligand-288 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand that selectively binds to cereblon (CRBN). This compound effectively recruits the CRBN protein, facilitating targeted protein degradation. It can be conjugated to a target protein ligand through a linker, enabling the formation of a PROTAC for use in research applications focused on the modulation of protein levels and therapeutic intervention in various disease contexts.
