Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-345 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand that specifically targets cereblon (CRBN). This compound is utilized to facilitate the recruitment of the CRBN protein, thereby enabling targeted protein degradation through the formation of PROTACs when linked to a target protein ligand via a suitable linker.
