CRBN ligand-371 is a ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN), facilitating the recruitment of the CRBN protein. This compound can be conjugated to a target protein ligand through a linker to create a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC).
