Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-392 is a ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) that facilitates the recruitment of CRBN to specific target proteins. This compound is utilized in the development of proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) when covalently linked to a target protein ligand through a suitable linker, enabling selective degradation of the target protein. Research applications include targeted protein degradation studies and exploring novel therapeutic approaches in cellular biology.
