Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-437 is a selective ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) that facilitates the assembly of CRBN with target proteins. This compound can be utilized in the design of PROTACs (proteolysis-targeting chimeras) by linking it to a target protein ligand through a suitable linker. Research applications include studies on protein degradation pathways and the development of targeted protein degradation strategies for therapeutic purposes.
