Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-438 is a ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN). It effectively recruits the CRBN protein, facilitating the targeted degradation of specific proteins. This compound can be conjugated to a target protein ligand via a linker, enabling the formation of Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras (PROTACs) for applications in targeted protein degradation research.
