Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-462 is a selective ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN), facilitating the recruitment of CRBN to target proteins. By linking CRBN ligand-462 to a specific target protein ligand via a suitable linker, researchers can design and synthesize PROTACs (Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras), enabling targeted degradation of proteins of interest.
