Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-523 is a ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) that facilitates the recruitment of the cereblon protein. This compound can be utilized in the design of PROTACs (proteolysis targeting chimeras) by linking it to a target protein ligand through a suitable linker. Research applications include targeted protein degradation studies and the exploration of novel therapeutic strategies in cancer and beyond.
