Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-551 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand that targets cereblon (CRBN) to facilitate protein degradation. It effectively recruits the CRBN protein, enabling the development of PROTACs (Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras) when linked to a target protein ligand through a suitable linker. This compound is useful in studies of targeted protein degradation and cellular regulation mechanisms.
