Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-583 is a small molecule ligand that targets the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN). It is designed to facilitate the recruitment of CRBN to specific target proteins. By being conjugated to a target protein ligand through a linker, CRBN ligand-583 can be utilized in the development of PROTACs (Proteolysis-targeting chimeras) for targeted protein degradation studies and therapeutic applications in cancer and other diseases.
