Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-765 is a ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) that facilitates the recruitment of the cereblon protein. This compound can be utilized to form a proteolysis-targeting chimeric (PROTAC) molecule by linking it to a target protein ligand via a suitable linker.
