Ligand for E3 Ligase

CRBN ligand-889 is a ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) that facilitates the recruitment of CRBN to target proteins. This compound can be conjugated with a target protein ligand through a linker, allowing the formation of a PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera). CRBN ligand-889 is instrumental in studying protein degradation pathways and the development of targeted therapies leveraging the ubiquitin-proteasome system.
