CRK12 Inhibitor
CRK12-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of CRK12, targeting the protein kinase involved in regulating cellular processes in protozoan parasites. It demonstrates rapid cytocidal activity against Trypanosoma brucei, with an EC50 of 1.3 nM, and also exhibits significant efficacy against Trypanosoma congolense and Trypanosoma vivax, with an EC50 of 18 nM. This compound is valuable for research focused on developing treatments for African trypanosomiasis.
