Cross-linked dextran G 100 is a gel filtration medium designed for protein purification based on size exclusion. This reagent effectively separates proteins within a molecular weight range of 4 kDa to 150 kDa, as well as polysaccharides ranging from 1 kDa to 100 kDa. It is ideal for applications in protein characterization, purification, and analysis in biochemical research.
