Cross-linked dextran G 150

Gel Filter Filler

Cross-linked dextran G 150 is a hydrophilic gel designed for gel filtration chromatography, primarily targeting the separation of macromolecules through gel permeation. Its cross-linked structure creates a three-dimensional network with specific pore sizes, enabling effective separation based on molecular size and volumetric flow. This reagent is ideal for purifying and analyzing biological macromolecules, including proteins and nucleic acids, while maintaining the permeation balance of solutes. Cross-linked dextran G 150 offers a particle size range of 40-120 μm and facilitates the separation of spherical proteins within a range of 5-300 kDa.
