Gel Filter Filler
Cross-linked dextran G 200 is a hydrophilic gel utilized in gel filtration applications, primarily based on molecular size exclusion. This reagent facilitates the separation of biomacromolecules, including proteins and nucleic acids, through a three-dimensional cross-linked network that selectively permits passage based on hydrodynamic volume. With a particle size range of 40-120 μm and a globular protein separation capacity of 5-600 kDa, Cross-linked dextran G 200 is ideal for purification and analytical processes in biochemical research.
