CU-32
cGAS Inhibitor
CU-32 is a potent inhibitor of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS), exhibiting an IC50 of 0.45 µM. This compound effectively attenuates the production of interferon-beta (IFN-β) in THP-1 cells stimulated by DNA, demonstrating its capability to modulate innate immune responses.
