CW0134
XPO1 Modulator
CW0134 is a selective modulator of exportin 1 (XPO1) that disrupts chromatin binding and inhibits the nuclear export of proteins. This compound has been shown to inhibit NFAT transcription factors, thereby affecting T cell activation. CW0134 is valuable for research applications targeting immune response and various cellular signaling pathways.
