RAD52 Inhibitor

D-G23 is a selective inhibitor of RAD52, which plays a critical role in DNA repair mechanisms. By disrupting RAD52-mediated pathways, D-G23 effectively suppresses the proliferation of BRCA1- and BRCA2-deficient cancer cells. This compound is particularly relevant for research involving homologous recombination-related cancers, including hereditary breast and ovarian cancers associated with BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations.
