D-Tetramethrin

Pyrethroid

D-Tetramethrin is a type I synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that primarily targets nervous system function in insects. It has been shown to induce oxidative stress and apoptosis in liver tissues, particularly in zebrafish models, leading to significant hepatotoxic effects and inflammation. This compound is valuable for research investigating mechanisms of hepatotoxicity and the impact of environmental pollutants on liver health.
