OXCT1 Inhibitor
D574-0246 is an OXCT1 inhibitor that targets both ketolytic and succinyltransferase activities. This compound effectively reduces substrate-specific and overall protein succinylation while decreasing OXCT1 ketolytic activity in HepG2 cells. D574-0246 demonstrates notable anti-proliferative effects on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells with IC50 values of 16.49 μM in PLC cells and 6.656 μM in HepG2 cells. Its anti-tumor efficacy has been observed in nude mice with xenograft tumors overexpressing OXCT1, making it a valuable tool for HCC research.
