DA-E 5090

Interleukin Related Inhibitor

DA-E 5090 is a potent interleukin-related inhibitor that effectively reduces the production of IL-1. In vitro studies utilizing LPS-stimulated human monocytes demonstrate that DA-E 5090 dose-dependently inhibits both IL-1α and IL-1β production at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10 μM, as confirmed by LAF assay and ELISA. Furthermore, Northern blotting analysis indicates that DA-E 5090 suppresses the transcription of IL-1α and IL-1β mRNA, highlighting its potential application in inflammatory disease research.
