DAPM
Notch Inhibitor
DAPM is a selective Notch pathway inhibitor with demonstrated anticancer properties. It exhibits significant antiproliferative effects by inhibiting cell proliferation in human colon cancer cells. Furthermore, DAPM induces the expression of Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) and p21, which are critical for modulating cell cycle progression, thereby contributing to its potential applications in cancer research and therapeutic strategies.
