Darexaban
FXa Inhibitor
Darexaban is a potent, selective, orally active factor Xa (FXa) inhibitor with an IC50 of 54.6 nM. It exhibits high selectivity for FXa over related serine proteases, including trypsin, thrombin, and kallikrein.
