Darizmetinib

MAP2K Inhibitor

Darizmetinib is a potent and selective inhibitor of mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4 (MKK4). By enhancing the MKK7 and JNK1 signaling pathways, it activates the transcription factors ATF2 and ELK1, contributing to increased cell proliferation and liver regeneration. This compound shows potential in research focused on preventing liver failure following extensive oncological liver resections or the transplantation of small liver grafts.
