PU.1 Inhibitor
DB2313 is a selective inhibitor targeting the transcription factor PU.1. It effectively inhibits PU.1-dependent reporter gene transactivation with an IC50 value of 5 μM. By disrupting the interaction between PU.1 and target gene promoters, DB2313 has been shown to induce apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells, highlighting its potential utility in cancer research and therapeutic applications.
