DC-PGKI

PGK1 Inhibitor

DC-PGKI is an orally active ATP-competitive inhibitor of phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1) with an IC50 of 0.16 µM and a Kd of 99.08 nM. This compound effectively stabilizes PGK1 both in vitro and in vivo, resulting in the suppression of glycolytic activity and kinase function. Inhibition of PGK1 by DC-PGKI promotes the accumulation of NRF2, facilitating its translocation to the nucleus where it represses the LPS-induced expression of IL-1β and IL-6 genes. DC-PGKI is a valuable tool for investigating colitis and related inflammatory pathways.
