DC-SX029
SNX10 Inhibitor
DC-SX029 is a selective inhibitor of the SNX10 protein-protein interaction, exhibiting oral bioavailability and a measured KD of approximately 0.935 μM as determined by surface plasmon resonance. By disrupting the interaction between SNX10 and PIKfyve, DC-SX029 effectively downregulates TBK1/c-Rel signaling activation without altering SNX10 protein levels. This compound is a valuable tool for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
