DC-U4106

USP8-targeting Inhibitor

DC-U4106 is a selective inhibitor of the deubiquitinating enzyme USP8, exhibiting a Kd value of 4.7 μM and an IC50 of 1.2 μM. By targeting the ubiquitin pathway, DC-U4106 promotes the degradation of the estrogen receptor alpha (Erα), thereby inhibiting tumorigenesis. This compound demonstrates minimal toxicity and shows promise in breast cancer research applications, making it a valuable tool for exploring the therapeutic effects of USP8 inhibition in cancer biology.
