CDK Inhibitor
DCB-3503 is an allosteric modulator targeting heat shock cognate protein HSC70, functioning as an inhibitor of Cyclin D1. By allosterically modulating the ATPase and chaperone activities of HSC70, DCB-3503 effectively inhibits the translation of Cyclin D1.
