DDO-6079

CDC37 Inhibitor

DDO-6079 is a potent inhibitor of CDC37, a key chaperone protein involved in the stabilization and activation of various client proteins. By binding to an allosteric site on CDC37, DDO-6079 disrupts the HSP90-CDC37 and CDC37-CDK4/6 chaperone complexes, leading to reduced thermostability of CDK6. This compound is valuable for research applications aimed at understanding the role of CDC37 in cellular signaling and cancer biology.
