BET BD1 Inhibitor

DDO-8958 is a selective BET BD1 inhibitor targeting the bromodomain of BRD4 with a KD of 5.6 nM. This compound demonstrates potent inhibitory activity against all BET BD1 bromodomains, apart from BRDT BD1. DDO-8958 effectively inhibits tumor cell proliferation and migration, induces apoptosis, and causes cell cycle arrest. Its anti-tumor properties make it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic development.
