Decylubiquinone
ROS Inhibitor
Decylubiquinone functions as an inhibitor of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. As an analog of ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10), it effectively blocks ROS generation induced by glutathione depletion and inhibits the activation of the mitochondrial permeability transition. This compound is useful for research applications focused on oxidative stress and mitochondrial function.
