Dehydrozingerone
cyclin D1 Inhibitor
Dehydrozingerone is a cyclin D1 inhibitor derived from ginger, known for its ability to downregulate cyclin D1 expression and induce G1 phase cell cycle arrest. This compound effectively reduces the proliferative capacity of castration-resistant prostate cancer cells in vitro and inhibits subcutaneous tumor growth by targeting cell proliferation and angiogenesis.
