Deldeprevir sodium

HCV NS3/4A Protease Inhibitor

Deldeprevir sodium is an HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor that effectively targets hepatitis C virus replication. It demonstrates potent activity against both wild-type genotype 1a and 1b strains, as well as mutant variants resistant to other NS3 protease inhibitors. In vitro studies indicate that Deldeprevir sodium prevents the emergence of resistant HCV mutant strains when used in combination with other antiviral agents. This compound is valuable for research on hepatitis C, particularly in studies aimed at understanding viral resistance and developing combination therapies.
