Denopamine

β1-Adrenergic Agonist

Denopamine is a selective β1-adrenergic agonist known for its oral bioactivity. It has been shown to enhance survival rates in murine models of congestive heart failure induced by viral myocarditis, primarily through the suppression of tumor necrosis factor-α production in cardiac tissues. This compound is valuable for research into cardiovascular health and the modulation of adrenergic signaling pathways.
