Ligand for E3 Ligase
Desamino lenalidomide-COOH is a selective ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN), facilitating the targeted regulation of protein degradation. This compound can be conjugated to a target protein ligand through a linker to create a PROTAC (Proteolysis Targeting Chimera), enabling the selective modulation of protein functions in cellular and in vivo studies.
