Dual DGKα/ζ Inhibitor

DGKα/ζ-IN-2 is a selective dual inhibitor of diacylglycerol kinases α and ζ, exhibiting IC50 values of 23 nM and 1.2 nM, respectively. This compound demonstrates notable selectivity towards DGKα and DGKζ over other isoforms, such as DGKβ and DGKγ. In preclinical studies, DGKα/ζ-IN-2 has been shown to effectively enhance immune activation in the presence of antigen presentation, highlighting its potential for applications in antitumor immunity research.
