DHC-286
Molecular Glue
DHC-286 is a molecular glue degrader that targets GSPT1. It promotes the recruitment of GSPT1 to the CRL4CRBN ubiquitin ligase complex, leading to the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of GSPT1, which induces cytotoxic effects. DHC-286 holds potential for research applications in cancer types, particularly acute myeloid leukemia.
