DHQZ-17
HNF4A Inhibitor
DHQZ-17 is a selective inhibitor of Hepatocyte nuclear factor 4 alpha (HNF4A). This compound demonstrates potent anticancer activity against human head and neck squamous carcinoma cells (SCC131), achieving an IC50 of 1.75 μM while exhibiting low toxicity to normal cells. DHQZ-17 induces apoptosis and causes G2/M phase cell cycle arrest in SCC131 cells, resulting in significant tumor regression in xenograft mouse models. Its HNF4A inhibitory properties make it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic development.
