di-Pal-MTO

siRNA-delivered Nanoparticle

di-Pal-MTO is a lipid designed for siRNA-delivered nanoparticle applications, formed by conjugating the anticancer drug mitoxantrone (MTO) with palmitoleic acid. This compound enhances the efficacy of siRNA delivery into cells, facilitating targeted gene silencing while simultaneously offering enhanced anticancer activity. The combination of di-Pal-MTO with mono-Pal-MTO in a 1:1 molar ratio provides a novel approach to improving therapeutic outcomes in cancer research.
