Diclofenac-d4
Stable Isotope
Diclofenac-d4 is a deuterated form of Diclofenac, a potent nonselective cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitor. It exhibits IC50 values of 4 nM for COX-1 and 1.3 nM for COX-2 in CHO cells, demonstrating its high efficacy in reducing inflammation. Additionally, Diclofenac has been shown to induce apoptosis in neural stem cells (NSCs) through the activation of the caspase cascade, making it valuable for research in both anti-inflammatory treatments and neurobiology studies.
