Difluorinated Curcumin

Curcumin Analogs

Difluorinated Curcumin (3,4-Difluorobenzylidene curcumin) is a fluorinated analog of curcumin that exhibits enhanced bioavailability and significant anticancer properties. This compound effectively inhibits the self-renewal capacity of tumor stem cells, as well as reducing clonogenicity, invasiveness, and tumor angiogenesis. Additionally, Difluorinated Curcumin has been shown to increase the sensitivity of cancer cells to chemotherapy agents, making it a valuable reagent for cancer research applications.
