Dihydromunduletone

Adhesion GPCR Antagonist

Dihydromunduletone (DHM) is a potent antagonist of adhesion G protein-coupled receptors (aGPCRs), specifically targeting GPR56 and GPR114 (ADGRG5) with an IC50 of 20.9 μM for GPR56. This compound has been shown to selectively inhibit aGPCR activity without affecting GPR110 or class A GPCRs. Dihydromunduletone is valuable for research applications aimed at elucidating the roles of aGPCRs in cellular signaling and adhesion processes.
