DIM-3,5-Cl2
NR4A1/2 Inverse Agonist
DIM-3,5-Cl2 is an inverse agonist of NR4A1 and NR4A2, exhibiting KD values of 7.7 μM and 12.0 μM, respectively. This compound downregulates pro-oncogenic and endometriotic gene products, enhances NR4A1/2-mediated CD71 transactivation, and induces ferroptosis through reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and lipoperoxidation. DIM-3,5-Cl2 promotes apoptosis by triggering PARP and caspase-3 cleavage while decreasing BCL-2 expression, thus inhibiting cancer cell viability. This reagent is valuable in research focused on triple-negative breast cancer, endometriosis, and colorectal cancer.
