Disobutamide

Antianhythmic Agent

Disobutamide is an antianhythmic agent that primarily targets the atrioventricular conduction system. It has been shown to slow conduction within the isolated perfused rabbit heart, making it a valuable tool for studying cardiac electrophysiology and arrhythmogenesis. Its effects on conduction can aid in the exploration of antiarrhythmic mechanisms and the development of therapeutic interventions for cardiac rhythm disorders.
