hCAR Agonist

DL5050 is a selective and potent agonist of the human constitutive androstane receptor (hCAR), with minimal activation of the pregnane X receptor (PXR). It preferentially enhances the expression of CYP2B6 over CYP3A4 at both mRNA and protein levels. DL5050 is valuable in research related to cancer and metabolic diseases, including diabetes, enabling insights into the modulation of drug metabolism and potential therapeutic pathways.
