DL78
Antimitotic Agent
DL78 is an effective antimitotic agent that disrupts the interaction between Myc and α-tubulin, leading to mitotic arrest, mitotic catastrophe, and apoptosis in cancer cells. It demonstrates broad antitumor activity, particularly against cells exhibiting chromosomal instability and high levels of MYC expression. In preclinical studies, DL78 has shown significant efficacy in reducing tumor burden in the OV81.2 xenograft model, making it a valuable tool for research in ovarian cancer.
